FREE SHIPPING
We offer free DHL express worldwide shipping on all orders over $5,000 which is below 10KG. Orders over 10KG are charged at cost.
Prompt shipping is part of our commitment to providing great customer service. Over 60% of our products ship within 24 hours. All orders are shipped at cost and include insurance. Typically, we ship via DHL, but please call if you wish to use your own shipping company, Fedex, UPS or TNT.
There is no weekend shipping service. Therefore, an order placed on a Saturday or Sunday or after 1pm on a Friday does not ship until Monday.
HONG KONG & TAIWAN SHIPPING
Please note that Standard Shipping does not include DHL brokerage fees or any local duties or taxes. Expedited Shipping does include DHL brokerage fees but not local duties or taxes.
DHL will request payment of these charges at the time of delivery.
Specially for HONG KONG & TAIWAN shipping, SF Express is recommended to save charge of shippment.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship to all countries where DHL services are available. Please note that all custom and brokerage fees levied on products imported into the country of destination are the responsibility of the recipient. Such fees/duties are NOT included in our pricing. Note: All delivery times are based on information provided by our carriers: DHL, FedEx, UPS and TNT. We cannot be held responsible for shipping delays that may commonly occur with these carriers in their normal course of business.
